Contract Details and Salary Breakdown
Winnipeg Blue Bombers Receiver Returns to NFL
Former Winnipeg Blue Bombers standout Janarion Grant has signed a 3-year, $1.71 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens. The deal includes an average annual salary of $570,000.
Grant's contract specifies a signing bonus of $100,000 and a roster bonus of $150,000. His salary cap hit for the 2023 season is expected to be around $670,000.
This marks Grant's return to the NFL after a successful stint with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He previously played for the New York Giants and Chicago Bears.
Grant is expected to contribute as a receiver and kick returner for the Ravens. His speed and agility make him a valuable asset on special teams and could potentially provide a boost to Baltimore's offense.
The signing of Grant strengthens the Ravens' receiving corps alongside Marquise Brown, Rashod Bateman, and Devin Duvernay. The team hopes his experience and playmaking ability will help them compete in the highly competitive AFC North division.
